Privacy policy
We process the minimum data needed to deliver content: request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, user agent and requested URL. Edge logs are kept for 7 days for security and billing, then aggregated and anonymised.
Customer data
Account details are used to run your account and send service notices. We never sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of vetted providers for payments and email delivery. The current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time through the help center.
